Terms and Conditions for using the Weego Mobile and website applications. By accessing and using Weego, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using Weego. Your use of the Weego App and website indicates your acceptance of these terms and constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and Weego. Any entity, individual or business besides the Weego team will be referred to as the (“User”) for the purpose of these terms and conditions and any other reference.
1. Strict Security
1.1 User accounts: Users must create an account to access certain features of the App and website. Users are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account credentials. Weego will not be liable for any unauthorized access or use of User accounts.
1.2 Data protection: Weego employs strict security measures to protect User data, but cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted through the App. Users are responsible for safeguarding their personal information and Weego shall not be responsible for any unauthorized access or data breaches.
2. Reservation of Rights
2.1 Intellectual property: Weego and all its contents are owned or licensed by Weego Social Pty Ltd. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Weego App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Users shall not modify, distribute, reproduce, or exploit any part of the App without prior written consent from the Company.
2.2 Termination: Weego reserves the right to suspend or terminate User accounts and access to the App at its sole discretion, without prior notice if any User violates these terms and conditions.
3. Conduct
3.1 Prohibited activities: Users agree not to use Weego for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to: uploading, posting, or transmitting any content that is defamatory, fraudulent, abusive, obscene, or infringing upon any intellectual property rights.
3.2 User responsibilities: Users are solely responsible for their actions and interactions on Weego, including any content they upload, share, or transmit. Users agree not to use Weego to harass, stalk, or harm other Users, or to engage in any behaviour that may disrupt the functionality of the Weego App.
4. Spam
4.1 Unsolicited content: Users agree not to use Weego to send unsolicited promotional or marketing content, including spam, to other Users.
4.2 Anti-spam measures: Weego employs anti-spam measures to detect and prevent the transmission of spam. Users must not circumvent or interfere with these measures. Weego reserves the right to suspend or terminate User accounts involved in spamming activities.
5. Payment
5.1 Transaction processing: Users may engage in financial transactions outside of Weego for property rentals or other services. Weego may also facilitate the transfer of funds between Users, but we are not responsible for any financial disputes that may arise between Users.
5.2 Third-party payment processors: Weego may integrate with third-party payment processors, and Users agree to abide by the terms and conditions of those processors.
5.3 Fees and charges: Users may be responsible for paying fees, charges, or commissions to Weego for the use of certain features or services provided through the Weego App. Weego reserves the right to modify or introduce new fees, charges, or commissions with or without prior notice to Users.
6. Our Limited Responsibility
6.1 Content accuracy: Weego does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the App, including property listings or user-generated content. Users should exercise discretion and verify the accuracy of any information before relying on it.
6.2 Property condition: Weego is not responsible for the condition, safety, or legality of any property listed on the Weego App. Users agree to engage in due diligence and take necessary precautions before renting or visiting any property.
7. No Uploading of Inappropriate Content
7.1 Prohibited content: Users shall not upload, post, or share any content that is inappropriate, offensive, or violates any applicable local and international laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
7.2 Monitoring and removal: Weego reserves the right to monitor and remove any inappropriate content from the Weego App without prior notice.
8. Privacy
8.1 At Weego we respect user privacy and we comply with applicable data protection laws.
8.2 Users can review our privacy policy for details on how personal information is collected and processed. Please note that these terms and conditions may be subject to change without prior notice. Users are advised to review these terms periodically. If Users continue to use the Weego App, it will indicate their acceptance of any updated terms.
